Privacy policy
What happens to information you give us through this website, in plain terms.
What this policy covers
This describes what happens to information you give us through allstarinjury.com. It does not cover information you give us after we agree to represent you, which is governed by the attorney-client relationship and by our duty of confidentiality.
What we collect
| What you type into a form | Your phone number, and — if you use the longer case review — your name, email address if you give one, what happened, when, whether you were injured, whether an insurer has contacted you, and anything you choose to write. |
|---|---|
| Automatically, with each submission | Which page you submitted from, the referring page, your browser's user agent string, and the country your request came from. |
| Not your IP address | We do not store it. We store a truncated, salted one-way hash of it, used only to rate-limit the form against automated abuse. It cannot be reversed back into an address. |
| Analytics | If Cloudflare Web Analytics is enabled, it records aggregate page view data. It uses no cookies and does not fingerprint or track individuals across sites. |
We do not use advertising trackers, we do not run third-party marketing pixels, and we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.
What we do with it
- Contact you about the potential claim you told us about, by phone and by email.
- Evaluate whether we can help and, if we cannot, tell you.
- Keep a record of the inquiry, including for conflict-checking, which lawyers are required to do.
- Protect the form from automated abuse.
We do not use inquiry information for marketing unrelated to your claim, and we do not send marketing text messages. The consent on our forms covers contact about your claim by phone and email, and nothing else.
Where it goes and who sees it
Submissions are stored in a database operated by Cloudflare on our behalf, and a notification is sent by email to the firm. Access is limited to people at the firm who need it. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with lead-generation services or marketing companies.
We may disclose information where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to protect someone's safety.
Your California rights
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA, you may request to know what personal information we hold about you, request that we delete it, request that it be corrected, and not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in the Act.
To make a request, contact the firm using the details in the footer. We will verify your identity before acting, because the information concerns injury claims and we would rather be careful.
Confidentiality, stated carefully
Reviewed October 2026 by Simon Aziz Budhwani, Esq., the attorney responsible for this site. Legal statements here name the California code section they rely on, so you can check them rather than trust them. This is information about the law in general, not advice about your situation.
