Simon Aziz Budhwani, Esq.
Simon Budhwani founded All Star Injury Attorneys and is the attorney responsible for this site. He has practised on both sides of injury litigation — defending insurers and their insureds before building a plaintiff practice — and that history shapes how cases here are prepared.

Background
Simon is the founder and principal attorney of All Star Injury Attorneys and a founding partner of Core Law Group, LLP. His practice is personal injury: vehicle collisions, premises liability, dog bites, uninsured and underinsured motorist claims, and wrongful death.
Before and alongside his plaintiff work he handled defense matters, including defending insureds and professional liability claims at Cotkin & Collins, APC, and commercial vehicle and premises liability defense at Jackson & Wallace, LLP.
That is not offered as a boast. It is offered because it explains a method. Having spent time evaluating claims for the people who pay them, the questions that matter become clear early: where is the causation argument, what will the defense medical examiner say, which records will be used, and what is this file worth to the person on the other side of it.
Professional involvement
Simon has served as a sub-committee chair with the American Bar Association and with the Orange County Bar Association, and worked as an editor of the Journal of Juvenile Law.
Responsible attorney
Simon is the attorney responsible for the content of this website, as California's rules on attorney advertising require. If something here is wrong, unclear, or reads as a promise rather than an explanation, that is his responsibility and he would want to know.
