Where we are

Our offices

Two offices in Orange County. You are welcome at either, and if getting to us is not realistic we will come to you — including to the hospital or to your home.

Our two offices

Which one should you go to?

Practically, whichever is easier for you — the file is the same and so are the people working on it. If you want a reason to pick:

  • Orange is four miles from the Central Justice Center in Santa Ana, where Orange County civil cases are heard, and sits beside the Orange Crush interchange and the UCI Medical Center corridor. It is the more convenient office once a case is filed, and for anyone being treated at UCI or St. Joseph.
  • Newport Beach is in the Airport Area off MacArthur Boulevard, four minutes from John Wayne Airport, and is the natural choice for the coastal cities and for anything arising out of Newport Harbour.

Visiting

Please call before coming in. Both offices are in managed buildings, and an appointment means someone is expecting you — which matters more than usual if you are on crutches, cannot drive, or are bringing someone with you.

Both buildings have elevator access and accessible parking in the structure. If anything about getting in would be difficult, tell us in advance and we will meet you downstairs or come out to the parking lot.

If you cannot come to us

Say so. Home and hospital visits are an ordinary part of this work rather than a favor, and they are frequently the right answer in the first weeks after a serious injury when traveling is genuinely painful.

A great deal can also be done without meeting at all. Documents can be sent and signed electronically, the first consultation works perfectly well by phone, and a family member can call on your behalf if you cannot comfortably hold a phone.

Where cases are actually heard

Orange County centralizes civil matters at the Central Justice Center, 700 Civic Center Drive West, Santa Ana. Most claims settle without anyone going near it. Where a case is filed, your own attendance is typically needed only for a deposition and, in the rare case that reaches it, a trial.

Find out where you stand.

Tell us what happened and we will tell you honestly whether you have a claim worth bringing, what it is likely to involve, and how long it tends to take. The review is free and there is no fee unless there is a recovery.
