Three calculators that run entirely in your browser. Nothing is sent to us, nothing is stored, and none of them asks for your email.

Every competitor in this market offers a settlement calculator that produces a dollar figure. We will not build one. California's rules of professional conduct prohibit predicting or guaranteeing outcomes, and a number on a screen is a prediction — a confident, specific, entirely invented one.

What is here instead is arithmetic and statute: the real deadline for your situation, the total of what you can actually document, and what your lost earnings come to.

The three tools

How to use them together

  1. Start with the deadline. It is the only thing on this site that can permanently end a claim, and the answer is different depending on whether a government body was involved. Everything else can wait; this cannot.
  2. Then the lost wage calculator, because the figure it produces is one line in the worksheet and it is the number people most often get wrong — it is claimed gross, and paid leave you were forced to burn counts.
  3. Then the loss worksheet, which totals everything you can prove with paper. Most people under-count by a wide margin, usually by forgetting mileage to appointments and help they paid someone else to do.

Nothing here is sent anywhere

All three run entirely in your browser. There is no account, no email capture, no results-by-email gate, and nothing is transmitted to us or to anyone else. Close the tab and it is gone — so if you want to keep a result, print the page before you leave it. The print styles are set up to produce something legible on paper.

What they cannot do

They apply general rules. They cannot see delayed discovery of an injury, a defendant who left the state, a claim that touches more than one kind of defendant, periods of incapacity, or the medical malpractice timeline — any of which changes the answer. They do not know what your claim is worth and deliberately will not guess.

Treat them as a way of working out what questions to ask, not as a substitute for asking them.

Find out where you stand.

Tell us what happened and we will tell you honestly whether you have a claim worth bringing, what it is likely to involve, and how long it tends to take. The review is free and there is no fee unless there is a recovery.
